webapp: remove table's bottom margin
...
we don't need a margin at the bottom of tables in general. not sure why
this is even a thing in bootstrap. this change, in particular, makes the
space between a table and a parent card symmetric on all sides.

BREAKING CHANGE: Web API!

In order to support multiple AC channels in future the WebAPI had to be changed. AC and DC channels are now grouped in a sub object containing the channels beginning with 0.
